Administration of Cybersecurity
The Cybersecurity Department was established pursuant to Royal Decree No. 37140, dated 14/8/1438 AH, which stipulated the creation of an independent administration concerned with cybersecurity. Accordingly, a decision is issued on 14/7/1440 AH to establish this administration.
The Objectives
- Cybersecurity governance and raising awareness.
- Protecting and preserving university data and ensuring secure and proper access to it.
- Strengthening cybersecurity and defending against cyber threats.
- Achieving compliance with the regulations of the NCA and relevant authorities.
